Why Me?
As AI learns to write, calculate, and translate, most people are teaching which tools to use.
I ask a more fundamental question: when machines can do everything, what is left for humans?
My answer is the capabilities AI cannot replace. That is why I founded Resilience Engineering, a school of practice for developing people who can adapt and endure in the age of AI. It rests on two capacities: the learning power to go deeper, and the decision power to think more clearly and choose better. Both are rooted in three durable skills: the power to ask, to discern, and to stay whole.
I don't sell anxiety. I give direction.

My Background
I have worked in education for over a decade and currently serve as Superintendent of Wagor International School, leading a Cognia-accredited school system. Decision-making is not theory for me: I make real, high-stakes decisions across multiple campuses every day.
I graduated from the Digital Learning Division of NCTU's Institute of Education, earned a Master's in Decision Analysis (MDA) from Minerva University in 2024, and was selected for the inaugural East Asia cohort of Minerva University's World Wise Executive Leadership Development Program in 2026.
As a speaker, I am a nine-time Taiwan national champion and a one-time Asia regional impromptu speaking champion of Toastmasters International, and a TEDx speaker. I hold perfect scores in both the GEPT and TOEIC and am one of only five official TOEIC Propell Trainers in Taiwan, with related courses reaching more than 4,700 students. That is the best proof of what I actually do: make the complex simple.
