About Me

An English teacher who found his way to AI education.

I've taught for over a decade, served in administration, and won nine national speech championships. Now I'm the Superintendent of Wagor International School and CEO of the 1111 AIGC Innovation Academy.

But these titles aren't the point.

The point is: In the age of AI, I want to walk this journey with you.

My Story

I started as an English teacher.

From cram schools to universities, from the podium to the administrative office, I spent ten years figuring out how to teach well. I achieved perfect scores on every level of GEPT and TOEIC, becoming one of only five TOEIC Propell Trainers in Taiwan.

But what truly changed me was Minerva University.

In 2024, I earned my Master's in Decision Analysis (MDA) from Minerva — a university with no campus, fully online, yet considered one of the most innovative in the world. There I learned not knowledge, but ways of thinking: critical thinking, creative thinking, effective communication, and effective interaction.

These are precisely the skills AI cannot replace.

What I Do

Too many people are teaching "how to use AI tools."

That's not what I do.

What I truly care about is: when AI changes the world, what happens to your work, your skills, your future?

I won't tell you "learn AI or be replaced" — that just creates anxiety.

I'll tell you: which skills are worth learning, and which you can let go.

I call these Durable Skills — abilities that remain valuable no matter how technology changes.

What I Believe

1. Some skills AI can never replace

Critical thinking, empathy, creativity, learning how to learn — these won't be replaced by machines. They'll only become more valuable.

2. Storytelling matters more than eloquence

I've won nine speech championships, but what I really want to tell you isn't how to speak better. The real key is: how to live a better life. When you live a better life, you have better stories to tell.

3. Humans and AI can coexist

Not fighting, not surrendering — finding our respective places. AI is a tool, a partner, not an enemy.
